That is exactly right.  Wonderful for mom.  Not for provider.  I have said this all along that this is not a win=win situation.  Glad I’m retiring.  Hope I saved enough on my parttime nurse salary over the years.

I seems to mean that the mother will have NO cost for these products and services.

As for the LC and the pump provider, they get reimbursed at the level decided upon by the ACA and may NOT seek anything additional from the mother. Guess who eats the balance?

Wonderful for mo. Not so much for the IBCLC.
