Had a mom some years ago, severely burned on left side of chest as a child.
No nipple or openings.  She nursed baby just fine with one breast.  Saw her
through two subsequent babies.  Each time the engorgement was less on the
left, as if the body could figure out this wouldn't work.  Did tell her
about risk of one sided nursing (Chinese study) and why she will need to do
