Dear Gail & Jack,

Lactnet is for me a place where I can get the emotional support (mostly
just by reading the posts) that I need to continue being the out there local
breastfeeding radical at my institution. I work very hard at being mild
mannered yet persistent in educating my "little green men from Mars" both
nurses and doctors. But I need to let my hair down sometimes and Lactnet is
one of the very few places that I can do it. I don't identify people by names
when I'm ranting. But if I didn't have Lactnet I couldn't keep doing what I
do. I suspect that most who vent some steam on Lactnet at docs and others
are in the same boat at work that I am. So, I think it's okay to bash a
little. As long as you do it in a safe environment. JMHO
