Melinda,
I think you are thinking of the PJ's Comfort rather than the PJ's Bliss. The Comfort is a rental-grade breast pump, and is the pump that was used in Nancy Wight's research in which it was used to establish milk production for mothers of preterm and VLBW infancts. The Bliss was developed for insurance providers - it is designed for personal use.

I have been renting out the Comfort for the last several years. Most of the mothers have really liked it! They tell me that the silicone flanges are much more comfortable than the hard plastic flanges of other pumps. Many of the mother's I work with are inducing lactation, so they are putting it to the test;) Personally, I am skeptical that there is anything that is one-size-fits-all in any product, including flanges, but it does seem to work fine for almost all mothers. And some mothers just don't care for the feel of this pump. I encourage mothers to try out the pump to see if they like it, which is one of the great things about renting! Most are happy and keep on renting.

I have also found Limerick as a company easy and pleasant to work with. Limerick is also a WHO-code compliant company.
