Lucas et al just recently published a study comparing the Avent ISIS
(novel manual breastpump) to the Medela Mini-electric breastpump in
JHL.  I would have been far more impressed with their results if they
had used the Classic...
Though many of my clients like the Isis, they get more milk when they
use the Ameda Egnell Lact-e (which is comparable to Medela's classic).
