Georgette:

  the pns would not be my choice. but i admit to continuing to feel that
there is a difference between the three pumps. If mom is set on buying the
pns how about a compromise where she rents a classic for a month.... the
suction range is diferent and the it is usually felt to be a smoother action.
some of the adoptive mom's i have worked with find they really prefer the
very minimum setting.
