Our medical system looked into scales for each of our peds and OB offices.
We discussed the Baby Weigh scale by Medela and the Seca scale.
The Seca scale is $300 and goes down to 1 gram, but does not lock as easily.
You could position the baby on a comfortable blanket on his/her stomach to decrease wiggling, but that is a limitation of several scales. They have to lock and go down to 1-2 grams.
We ended up buying the Baby Weigh by Medela for each office, but I wonder if the Seca scale could work if you work on limiting infant movement.
