What might be the reason and is there any concern for the following situation:

Infant 3 weeks old-vaginal delivery with only 1 shot during labor.
Received scant 1/2 oz ABM in hospital (after receiving 5cc expressed colostrum) for low temp and low blood sugar (in spite of StS).
Nursing exclusively except for that one feeding.
Plenty of wet diapers.
Gaining appropriately.
Cluster feeder-nurses frequently for 2 hours or so and then sleeps 3-5 hours.
Audible swallows (gulps) and decreased fullness in mom after feeds.
Mom taking prenatal vitamins and also on Prozac.
Stools are persistently brown and soft-never turned yellow.

Has anyone seen this? Other than the stool color there doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary. I know that Prozac has been implicated in fussiness, but could it be related to the brown stools?
