Let me see....Tommy Tompson is the the Secretary of Health and Human Services
and the FDA answers to him.  He went to the Senate Appropriations Committee
seeking money for the FDA.  So I have to believe that he has some power at the
FDA.  I don't think the 20/20 program did him any favors...So one might call
this situation, "tit for tat."  Just adding my fuel to the fires of
