Pam,

I don't have any great ideas for you, but are some of the "missing" moms enrolled in private classes, such as Bradley or other approaches? Also, because I had such a great childbirth experience the first time around, it didn't even occur to me to go to prenatal classes for babies 2 and 3, so maybe satisfied multips are among that 70-75%?

On the other hand, I've experience the frustration of working with a brand-new mom who didn't take any sort of classes or read any books. It's my nature to overresearch before I do practically anything, so that lack of planning baffles me!
