Mmm I had my fourth sons frenulum clipped when he was a little over 6 weeks
old.  I do not notice it growing back and he is now 3.5 months old.  I never
heard such a thing.  But please do ask him where he got his information as a
mom of a baby that had his frenulum clipped.
