I may be totally off base but why does the pump need to be cleaned? The only
thing to touch it is the tubing connecting it to the kit. Nothing should be
making the pump "dirty". If you need to "clean" it why not have the moms just
wipe down the surface with some alcohol? We do not currently clean the pump
between our moms unless something has spilled on it.
