Just as an aside on comments about the Daily Mail article.

Formula reps are not allowed in our hospitals and formula is not given out 
free either.  The UK does keep to the WHO guidelines on that and on 
advertising of formula.  (Although we do allow advertising of 'follow-on 
milk').

So she worked hard on that bit of hysteria herself.
