Sally,
You realise that the things that make a breastfeeding society are things
that are extremely political?? You're talking things like universal paid
maternity leave of long duration, legislated flexible work practices for
parents of young children, universal govt funded health care, very, very
restricted marketing (or none!) of infant formula to parents. You're talking
about seeing women breastfeed their children or any age anywhere and not
always "discretely." Go for it!
