We have a young woman in town who has Sickle Cell Trait and reports
nosebleeds every time she nurses her baby.  She wants to continue
breastfeeding and I have two questions
1. Why is this happening?
2. Is it related to the Sickle Cell Trait
3. What can she do about it?
