Mellanie,

" Almost 2 weeks ago mom began using the same breast for 2 feeds =
in a row. Baby was better for about 5 days but is now back to the same =
behavior. I suggested to mom that maybe baby is unhappy with slower =
flow but I don't think that is the whole problem..."

Could it be that mom's supply is still up/went back up? Have you seen this
baby feed recently? I've had moms with oversupply report that supply is down
when in fact baby still is having problems with flow which is obvious when
observed. Perhaps her supply adjusted to the 2 feed use and after the 5 days,
increased again. Some moms need to keep adjusting and re-adjusting supply, going
longer periods of time per breast. I think the 5 day hiatus is a clue and
wouldn't have occurred if diet were the issue (unless mom slipped and ate
something offensive to baby on day 5...)
