What an awful story! It's interesting that many US state regulations
governing child care providers specifically state in their rules and
regulations "Infants must be held during feeding. Bottles MUST NOT be
propped" Parents demand this regulation as consumers of child care, yet
I've also seen many parents with their babies in carriages/strollers/car
seats where the bottle IS propped. Why then, can parents prop bottles
when it's against the law in child care facilities?

Because these type of advertisments target new parents and covince them
that they need all kinds of gadgets to "making life with a baby easier
or more convenient." That's the real crime.

Very unfortunate.
