Dear Lactnetters-
     Does anybody know if the USDA program for daycare entitled "Breastfed
Babies Welcome Here" is still afloat? Anyone have any current authoritative
guidelines or references for mothers milk in daycare and nursery settings?
I'm helping an institution update their guidelines. In 1995, they were
advised to institute a "no breastmilk" policy by an AIDS prevention group.
