Just wanted to report a "positive" day for a change. I had 8 patients today -- 3 to 14 days old. One hundred percent breastfeeders!!!!!!  One needed a nipple shield, latched beautifully, gulped, sighed happily and went to sleep. Happy moms and happy babies. Days like this make the other kind worthwhile.
