She could try an Ameda pump. They have a short push (positive pressure) 
at the end of each cycle that might allow her nipples to re-perfuse.

I have no financial interest in any pump manufacturer, just enjoy 
knowing about the nuances of how the tools we use function, so we can 
best inform our practices.
