Responsibilities:
overseeing day to day operations of the milk bank.
supervising staff
overseeing operations budget
reporting to gov't, insurance and licensing agencies
interfacing with client hospital accounts payable, legal and purchasing departments
interfacing with vendors
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in supervision and management
Background and experience in health care helpful, but not essential
well organized
responsible
people oriented
rapid learner
capable of learning a variety of hands on tasks
able to see both details and larger work flow
facile with Excel, Word, Quickbooks, database
