PETA's "If it was good enough for Jesus" ad is now being displayed in some
of Canada's major cities.  It is, of course, causing some controversy here,
as well.

As an aside, the article says, "In the U.S., the image is on view on
billboards in Arkansas, Louisiana and Alabama, three of the four U.S. states
in which statistics say breast-feeding is least common. The fourth state,
Mississippi, wouldn't permit the image to be displayed."

Is this true, that Mississippi has censored the ad?  If so, where is the
American Civil Liberties Union?
