Here (maybe elsewhere in the world, too) new mothers are *always* asked (by
friends, family, and some HPs)

'.....and is he/she good?'

This unfortunately means feeding regularly and predictably, and sleeping
without needing  feeding or comforting at night more than maybe once...and
not at all after about four or five weeks.
