My hunch is that whatever is causing the woman to need lots of
antibiotics may be the same thing that is causing or contributing to
the CA.  If this is the case, then for those women, avoiding
antibiotics would not decrease the risk because whatever that common
factor is would still be there.  My concern with this information is
that women with repeated or "stubborn" mastitis may be scared into
weaning rather than continuing to nurse for fear that the
antibiotics will increase her risk of cancer.
