I used to eyeball Peter's formula when I mixed it.  And of course we used
tap water.  Most tap water in the US is perfectly safe, and it's often what
you find in the bottles of bottled water at the store.  Same stuff, just
costs more if you buy it in bottles.  I used to add an extra scoop to
Peter's bottle occasionally, just for good measure.  Argh.

Please someone explain to me how the concentration can be different if you
put in the powder then the water versus the water then the powder.  I can't
figure this one out.
