When moms tell me their baby was "full term" (and it's 37 or 38 weeks), I
tell them that while that is considered full term obstetrically, it is
preterm for breastfeeding, and that we'll have to keep that in mind when we
are developing a feeding plan.  Sometimes it helps the moms, especially with
the WWM who doesn't latch on readily... (wimpy white male).
