With reference to Jennifer Tow's post about constipation, perhaps I'm the
dumbest person on this list, but how does one deal with the following
conflicting pieces of information:

1) breastfed babies stool (at least early on) very frequently because
breastmilk acts as a laxative and stimulates peristalsis AND

2) breastfed babies (usually older) stool with less frequency because with
breastmilk there's less waste.
