  this one is most ceritanly  tough... sometimes I think more so on us than on
the mother...

  I have worked twice now with a mother who had a reduction while a teen and
she is not able to make eough BUT both of her children have enjoyed LONG
breastfeeding for southing and comforting while wanting the bottle to feed.
