To Lisa -- I think it was Lisa.  Personally, I wouldn't respond to that post
about extended breastfeeding.  You don't know what part of your post will be
used, deleted, re-worded, etc., nor do you know what the poster is really
after.  If you decide you want to respond, how would you feel about just
letting the poster know where more info could be found--list the book titles,
journal articles, AAP site, etc., and let the poster do the research?

According to Mosby's Pocket Dictionary of Medicine, Nursing, and Allied
Health--"lipodystrophy" is "any abnormality in the metabolism or deposition
of fats.  Kinds of lipodystrophy are bitrochanteric, insulin, and intestinal
lipodystrophy."  Sounds like it's more than one thing and may need different
treatment protocols/specific diagnoses?
