To all who responded, thank you for your help. This little one started taking all of her feedings at the breast with the SNS. The gavage tube is out!!!! And she is going home tomorrow. This mom used an SNS for 15 months with her last baby. Right now she is getting ~10-20ml of breast milk 8+ times per day as long as she stays on Reglan. This woman is fantastic.
