For those new, and not so new,  to Lactnet, please review these commands.
Commands such as these are sent to the [log in to unmask] address.
NOTES to Lactnetters are sent to [log in to unmask]  The following
will help you become accustomed to using the listserv system.  The following
are commands that may be sent at any time to [log in to unmask]
Also, please remember that if you are going to be away for any length of
time, not receiving mail, you should Set yourself NOMAIL. Otherwise, you
will either have a mailbox full and a warning from your own system, OR you
will get unknowingly unsubscribed from Lactnet by the Ummed computer, which
does these things on its own. : )
