I am a new IBCLC in Idaho, working at a regional hospital in a 'newly
formed' lactation program. I have appreciated having access to such a
wonderful network of professionals through LACTNET, as colleagues are
fairly limited in this area.

One concern I have is my inability to communicate with our Spanish
speaking breastfeeding postpartum mothers. We have wonderful
interpreters available in the hospital, but I find there are often times
when I just need to ask or understand a simple question/answer.

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a medical type Spanish/English
dictionary etc. that might be of help. I have found a few at our local
bookstore, but they are more geared to medical problems and often don't
even list the word 'breast'.

Thanks for your responses and help.
