I think it is a positive development that Romney is worried enough  
about this issue to boot the supporters of the formula pack ban from  
the Public Health Council. The issue got his attention and the press  
coverage tipped the balance for him. Romney is enough afraid that the  
ban will pass that he is willing to suffer the bad press that comes  
with removing people from the board just before the meeting.
