This is Dr. Hale, and I know nothing about this particular drug, and
have no information about it.

What I want to say, and I've said it before, is that we physicians
have this aptitude for choosing the hottest, newest and most expensive
drugs, when other, cheaper, known and often safer drugs are available
and would do the trick just as well.  Is there any reason to use this
particular drug for hypertension when there are dozens of
possibilities available which we know are compatible with
breastfeeding (propanalol, methyldopa, nifedipine etc)?
