Stop & Shop is a very large chain grocery store (supermarket) in the United States. Last night I saw a very bad commerical (I mean bad by advertising standards--it was hard to figure it out, and by the time you did it was over).

Anyway, this woman is in her doctor's office, seems to have just had an exam, and he is talking to her in a quiet voice. On the screen is a list of items (eventually we figure out her grocery list is on the screen--maybe it is supposed to be going through her head, who knows). I think there is some conversation about a child she has--she is not a really young mom. The doctor says "looks like you've put on a little weight, which is perfectly normal for someone who is pregnant". Suddenly, her grocery list adds "prenatal vitamins, then bottles, diapers, wipes". Then some tag about getting the things you need at Stop & Shop. They probably thought they were being pro-bf'ing; after all they didn't mention AIM and everyone needs bottles.
