Well, if Jan's Magic Pills don't do the trick, I would consider a 2-week
course of Clindamycin, as she hasn't been on a really good
anti-staphylococcal drug as of yet.  And I agree with the ultrasound
investigation...looking for cancerous mass causing obstruction OR an
abscess.
