Unfortunately she is not the only one who feels this way, I know of several
others who have and I have felt this way myself. I do not feel this list is
the nurturing , supportive list it used to be when I joined it. I often sit
on my fingers instead of replying for fear of being reprimanded.

We need to remember to not "eat our young"; but rather try to help them.

 Sorry, I just had to get this off my chest.
