   although one perfers not to "mess" with the supply at ten days it would be
appropriate from what you say to work on techniques to reduce this mother's
supply,,,, cabbage, sage tea, can she express then try to bf?

   have her checked for retained placenta... F IRST.. yes i am shouting.
