I like the open ended approach- I'm always too rushed and frustrated to 
think of
that (they came in the middle of very busy office hours)

But, I think I discussed this with her the previous visit, b/c I 
remember going
over with her the hand out on cluster feeding and fussy evenings

She's confused about the stool b/c I originally gave her the diaper 
diaries, but
once you start giving formula, you can not rely on stool out put to determine
BREAST milk input.  Why isn't the good pre and post feed weights encouraging
enough?
