I wanted to mention that Catherine Watson Genna has another particularly
attractive answering machine message on her machine. It has mailboxes...so
that one can press #1 if it is an emergency, #2 to schedule an appointment,
#3 to leave a quick question or an update, and #4 for a pump matter.  One
could easily put down what the charge for a consult is. In our business
machine, we have pump charges on there so that people can find that out
quickly and easily.

Makes it so Cathy  has to check a bunch of mailboxes, but nice for the
customer. She is so cool anyhow... Maybe if we're lucky, she'll give  us
the text of her message. How about it, Cathy?
