Im only up to Feb 4 on my email so maybe someone else said/asked already--to
Dr Newman and to Kansas (sorry I don't remember yr name)--

Dr Newman's comments on region were right on-- but iin addition to where they
are now, there is the issue of

 Where do your Hispanics originate (Hispanic covers a lot of
territory/breatdth of cultures)--are they rural now?  are they first
generation? were they rural when immigrating?  are they
documented/undocumented?  What countries are they from?  Are they well
supported by community family or are they isolated?

etc etc

Unfortunately, I hear more about the "both/weans early" here in the San
Francisco area than the "no way" to bottles---though validating the brfdg
seems to help some.

Uncomfortable thought--is there a WIC or similar program in Canada that
distributes abm to low incom  moms if thats what they want/?---Would that be a
factor?
