Babies occassionally have a dip in their upward growth curve if they are
ill. They usually pick back up and get back on their curve in a few weeks.
I  think the no appetite/not eating solids is a body's self defense vs
nausea/vomiting.  They get their appetites back in a few days to a week or
so.  Don't Panic and Don't Push!  If you push food, she will resist and it's
a war that mothers never win :-)  And yes, nursing will fill her up just
fine, until she is willing to give food a go again.  Just have good food
choices available, she'll do the rest.  Trust her.  Pat in SNJ
