specific and not specific to Breast pumps.  The verbiage is typically 
personal use items".



Go to your state's department of justice or office of courts home page.
Search your 

state code for sale of personal use items. I am not sure any state prohibits
the sale of used breast pumps directly. But, breast pumps like the Pump in
Style and Purely Yours are deemed personal use items by the FDA just like
underwear, toothbrushes, etc. Many states deem it illegal to sell these
personal use items used.
