Mira, I for one think you said/did exactly the right thing.  I don't think
this situation called for time and tact - it called for fast action!

And yes, I agree that it's really scary when pieces of information end up
filed in the wrong place, if you will.  This seems a particularly prevalent
misconception, that BF babies, regardless of age, do not have to have BMs
every day.  Arrrggghh.  You're glad they're pro-breastfeeding but they *do*
need to get the details right!
