Just goes to show my brain was on "idle" when I completed my previous message.

In addition toNeil Campbell (from the Royal Children's Hopsital in
Melbourne, Australia), add Jack Newman to the list of those who view
formula as an intervention.  He has one or two articles where he states
this.  (I will try to identify the specific reference I recall reading and
post it for all to use.) (It may take me a few weeks due to other work
requirments, but I WILL try to find it.)
