That's amazing!  Both the mom and I noticed that his lips looked a bit bluish when he reclines.  I actually listened with a stethoscope but to see if I could hear any wheezing.  I think this may actually be the closest!  I sincerely appreciate all the fantastic info from everyone -- but I'm going to check in with the client today and discuss revisiting the ped.
