I don't have the exact figures in front of me or the reference but from
somewhere I remember it written that it takes 100cc of breastmilk per Kg to
provide adequate hydration and 180cc per Kg to provide adequate calories.
Therefore the poop is a more important factor.  Anyone remember where this
might have come from?
