I have a friend who runs this type of business for East TN.  I asked her how she handles this situation and she said that her sessions are 10 minutes, and she is very conscious of feeding.  I personally think the photographers are in a great position to advocate for breastfeeding!  Perhaps some outreach and education to these photographers and/or infiltration of lactation advocates who take great photos would be a double win!  What a way to develop a early relationship with a mom!  As a WIC peer counselor, I wish I was in such demand as the photographer :-)
