Hi all.

I'm meeting with parents who are adopting a baby from Russia at an unknown
time period, probably in the next 2-3 months. Mom said she could be called
any time but as far as they know that baby hasn't been born yet.

SHe had a child 6 years ago and breastfed that baby.

She very much wants to start pumping NOW no matter what I say. My concern is
what if they hear nothing for 3 months. Won't the prolonged pumping cause a
problem. Any ideas on how to present this to her or should I let her start
pumping? I've already talked to her about this and she is adamant, she wants
to start pumping.

Also, the trip to Russia would require her to bring the pump. Does anyone
have experience wiht this and obtaining adaptors that will work with the
pump. I'm recommending the O15 Classic for home but the lighter pumps by the
same company would be more practical to carry. THe Classic has a 3 prong so
that would be harder to adapt to in Russia, right?
