I know that we deal with the cases as they present to us, but I have to ask,
"Why have these wisdom teeth removed right now, when they have been in her
mouth for years?" Also did she just call you today? And when did she find
out that she would have to give her baby other food for 3 days? And does
she know that even if the surgery is scheduled for tomorrow she can still
cancel it? If she is a "too nice" woman she could even come down with a
case of the flu or a severe headache or "strange" uterine cramping.

From what Hale says it is the long-term use that is problematic. His cases
were 10 mg 3 times a day for 6 days.
